As a fitness instructor teaching SilverSneakers® classes, I have discovered that most class members enjoy keeping fit. Basic exercises can be scaled for seniors by changing the intensity, the repetitions, and or the resistance. So the whole gamut of exercises is open for us to explore and adapt for our good and enjoyment. Listen to your body (if you can’t talk or are beginning to gasp for air, slow down!). Above all have fun.
